These terms govern your use of Schola Global's website and learning services. Please read them carefully.

Schola Global is a remote, guided learning partner providing mastery-based education in Mathematics, Science, and English. We are not a traditionally registered school. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable fee and a completed intake form. Fees are communicated directly and are subject to change. We will provide advance notice of any fee changes for existing students. Fees are non-refundable once a term or session block has commenced, except where Schola Global is unable to deliver the agreed service.
Sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling by the student or parent. Sessions cancelled without adequate notice may be forfeited. Schola Global will endeavour to reschedule any session cancelled on our end at no additional cost.
As our programs are designed for school-age children, a parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring a suitable learning environment during remote sessions. By enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have the authority to consent to their participation.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment. Schola Global reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment without refund in cases of persistent disruptive behaviour, harassment of educators, or misuse of our platform or communications.
All materials provided by Schola Global — including lesson plans, worksheets, recordings, and website content — are the intellectual property of Schola Global. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
Schola Global will make every effort to provide high-quality educational support. However, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or examination results. Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the affected service period.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify existing students of material changes via email.
